AUTOMATIC DRY ICE PELLETIZER P600

The ASCO dry ice pelletizer P600 is the most compact, high-capacity pelletizer available for the production of high density dry ice pellets.

The P600 is fully equipped with snow tower, 6 CO2 liquid injectors, switchboard, snow pressing chamber in stainless steel, complete hydraulic system with all necessary controls and equipment such as pump, oil tank, high pressure hoses, dry ice outlet chute, stop plug for scale connection, aluminium frame, painted metallic cupboard, panels around parts of the machine. Possibility to produce other pellet diameters by manually replacement of the pellet extruder plate. The machine is factory pretested.

The robust and well engineered design including well known, high quality components such as BOSCH, ATOS, SIEMENS and TELEMECANIQUE is an important addition to the ASCO pelletizer range. Its high capacity of 600 kg/hr is ideal for large production work in the growing dry ice market.
