ASCO’s quality management system has been certified to the ISO standard for a further three years
The standard on which our quality management system is based is DIN ISO 9001:2015. It sets out the requirements for business processes and is regularly monitored through internal audits and annual surveillance audits carried out by an external certification body. When an organisation is audited, it must demonstrate that it is capable of providing products or services that meet customer requirements and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
ASCO has once again passed the latest audit by SQS and, with this certificate, has received confirmation that ASCO has a management system capable of meeting the requirements of the standard. This includes the structured identification of risks, self-assessment, and measures for prevention, correction and the continuous improvement of performance. In doing so, internal and external factors, known risks and opportunities, as well as the interests and expectations of relevant stakeholders, are appropriately taken into account within ASCO’s quality management system.
Ralph Spring, CEO of ASCO Kohlensäure AG, is delighted with the successful audit: “Recertification to DIN ISO 9001:2015 is a welcome confirmation of the clearly structured processes within our company. We owe this above all to our professional and dedicated staff. A high standard of quality is of the utmost importance to ASCO across all departments in order to meet our customers’ demands as effectively as possible.”
