ASCO Dry Ice Pelletizer P28

The ASCO P28 dry ice pelletizer is a versatile solution for efficient and flexible dry ice production. With an adjustable production capacity of 100 to 280 kg/h, it produces dry ice pellets in four different sizes, thereby meeting a wide range of requirements in industry, logistics and cleaning.

Noise reduction

The pelletiser operates at an average noise level of 65 decibels. It works efficiently and quietly, making it easier to comply with noise regulations and improving working conditions for staff.

Enclosed housing

Our pelletisers feature a sealed housing with an efficient condensate drainage system. This protects the internal components, thereby extending the machine’s service life. Ideal for use in demanding environments, the pelletiser ensures reliable production.

Quick-release fastener

The new quick-release system makes it easier to access the machine for maintenance and, thanks to its simple operation and robust design, improves safety and workplace efficiency. It is ideal for fast-paced environments where machines need to be kept up and running.

Smart Signal

The four-colour signal light with an integrated warning siren makes it easy to check the current operating status, even from a distance. The standardised colour coding allows a distinction to be made between ‘Production’, ‘Ready for operation’, ‘Fault’ or ‘Prompt’.

Various pellet sizes

Our dry ice pelletisers can produce pellets in a range of sizes. This means you always have the right size for your specific application – from fine blasting processes and cooling to transport and storage.

Integrated production volume control

Stepless adjustment of production volume. With a favourites function and a queue function for more efficient production planning.
