The ASCO ARS Refilling System enables the automatic, precise transfer of dry ice pellets in various sizes into containers or shipping boxes – efficiently and tailored to your needs.
The compact machine combines a lift-and-tilt container, a storage hopper and a vibrating feeder, and can be operated intuitively via a touchscreen, buttons or a foot pedal. The desired filling weight can be set directly and the dosing process reliably monitored.
The transfer system is particularly suitable for pharmaceutical, food and logistics companies and can also be used without local dry ice production. It optimally complements dry ice pellet logistics, increasing efficiency and accuracy during transfer and packaging.
