ASCO expands its innovative EVO-Series with the high-performance P55 dry ice pelletizer

Tried-and-tested functionality, new efficiency: two pellet sizes at the same time

As with the previous model, the P55 EVO also offers the option of producing two different pellet sizes simultaneously – ideal for applications where different dry ice formats are required in parallel. Combined with high capacity, this feature ensures even more efficient dry ice production whilst maintaining flexibility.

EVO technology for modern production standards

The P55 EVO combines all the proven features of the EVO-Series and thus represents modern production standards at the highest level. A newly developed hydraulic unit, combined with an optimised housing design, ensures a significantly reduced operating noise level of 65 dB(A) on average. Operation is particularly intuitive via a clearly structured touch panel interface, complemented by the four-colour Smart Signal Column with integrated warning siren, which clearly displays the operating status at all times. Thanks to its quick-release system and modular design, the P55 EVO makes maintenance particularly simple and service-friendly. Furthermore, predefined interfaces enable flexible integration into existing systems as well as the connection of additional functions.
