ASCO is making Industry 4.0 the norm
The services included in the ‘Basic’ package are now available. Subscribers receive a monthly status report on the condition of the machines, along with recommendations for machine maintenance based on this information. Among other things, various temperature and pressure parameters are checked. Production volume, production time and LCO2 consumption are also recorded. In the event of machine malfunctions or production interruptions, remote assistance is offered. In such cases, ASCO technicians can assist the customer via remote access to rectify the fault or take the necessary steps to restore the machines to working order as quickly as possible. ASCO customers thus benefit from faster support and greater transparency regarding their production parameters.
The “Premium” and “Diamond” service packages will follow shortly, allowing ASCO customers to access their personal ASCO interface at any time via login. Detailed production data, machine status and error messages for all i-Series products are visible in real time. Furthermore, subscribers benefit from special terms on spare parts and service call-outs.
The ASCO P28i, P75i and BP420i dry ice machines are supplied with i-Series technology as standard. The P15 dry ice machine is also available in an i-Series version on request. Retrofitting kits are available for the P28, P75 and BP420 models delivered prior to 2020. This means that even older models can become part of the networked dry ice production system – with all the benefits for efficient and transparent operation.
