How ‘CO2 capture’ works: a new explanatory video featuring Landmark Power Holdings & Rolls-Royce Power Systems
(see news item “Landmark Power Holdings, Rolls-Royce and ASCO Kohlensäure AG join forces to develop modular solutions for clean energy”) The first decarbonised power plant has already been commissioned in Rhodesia, Worksop, UK. The newly produced explanatory video now presents the complex technology behind the project in a simplified manner.
The partnership, which was formalised by a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), focuses on the development of scalable clean energy generation systems that integrate carbon capture technologies using mtu gas engines. The recovered CO₂ is not just a by-product, but a valuable resource for various industries, including food products, e-fuels, sustainable aviation fuels (SAF) and more.
