ASCO Pellets Bagging Machine PBM
With its packaging machine PBM, ASCO is presenting a compact solution for automated bagging of dry ice pellets. Three models are available depending on the intended filling quantity:
- PBM 500 for bags from 0.5 kg to 3.0 kg (1.1 to 6.6 lb)
- PBM 1000 for bags from 0.5 kg to 7.0 kg (1.1 to 15.4 lb)
- PBM 1500 for bags from 3.0 kg to 11.0 kg (6.6 to 24.2 lb)
The ASCO PBM is equipped with an accurate weighing system and is optimised for packing dry ice pellets with a diameter of 3 to 16 mm (0.12 to 0.63 in). The packaging machine comes with an auger elevator to connect with the dry ice pelletizer and a discharge conveyor. The bag size setting is changed via touch panel with the pre-set possibility for 250 programs.
