ASCO Active Dry Ice Saw AAS
The ASCO AAS dry ice saw has been designed for the quick and precise cutting of dry ice blocks. With a capacity of up to 600 blocks per hour, it is ideally suited for use in combination with multiple dry ice production machines.
The blocks can be cut either in half through the centre or, using two saw blades, into three equal parts. The machine is compatible with production centres comprising ASCO dry ice machines BP420i, BP425i, Reformer R70i and the AMP120 packaging machine.
The dry ice saw is supplied with a single saw blade as standard; conversion to dual saw blades can be carried out in a matter of minutes. The operating speed is optimally matched to the motor speed, ensuring consistently precise cuts and efficient production.
