ASCO Dry Ice Pelletizer P75i

With a production capacity of up to 750 kg/h, the ASCO P75i dry ice pelletizer is the powerhouse of the ASCO pelletizer range. Designed for continuous operation, it combines a high-performance hydraulic system with an intuitive PLC control system featuring a touchscreen.

Automatic control of oil temperature and the pelletising process ensures stable and efficient operation. Optionally, the automatic extruder die changer enables rapid switching between two defined pellet sizes – at the touch of a button in seconds.

As part of the ASCO i-Series, the P75i is equipped with state-of-the-art remote maintenance technology. Remote access, monitoring and data management offer maximum transparency, efficiency and full Industry 4.0 connectivity.

CO₂ Recovery for Dry Ice Machines

In conventional dry ice production, only around 40–45% of the CO₂ used is actually converted into dry ice. The rest is lost.
