Thomas M. Trachsel establishes ASCO CARBON DIOXIDE LTD in Switzerland for sale and marketing of a wide range of CO2 equipment.
1987
ASCO acquires Carbonic Industries Ltd which later becomes ASCO New Zealand.
2005
ASCO acquires Diffusion Hydraulique S.A.R.L. which becomes ASCO France.
2007
ASCO becomes part of the Messer Group.
2011
ASCO acquires Remco in Switzerland – Production site of dry ice production and dry ice blasting machines.
2014
ASCO and BUSE Gastek pool their strengths with a merger in CO2 process and dry ice technology. Therefore ASCO even increased its vast practical experience in the wide field of CO2 and dry ice to over 130 years.
2016
Foundation of North American subsidiary ASCO CARBON DIOXIDE INC
2020
Digitalization of ASCO pelletizers to provide production and machine data on a new customer platform. Remote support and remote monitoring are now standard features.
2024
ASCO relocates its headquarters within Switzerland from Romanshorn to Wittenbach.
