Why did you choose ASCO and how did you hear about us?
It was unusual, one of your competitors recommended us to contact you. Especially, because you have pellets bagging machines and also larger dry ice pelletizers in your product range.
Can you tell us how the selection process went?
We have compared two different solutions from three different suppliers and have seen an advantage by purchasing the dry ice pelletizers and pellet bagging machine from the same company. Moreover, the overall quality was good.
What were the challenges during the project?
The biggest challenge was to find a solution where we were able to accommodate the entire dry ice production in a very limited area. The temperature in that area was a problem and other technical aspects needed further attention.
Why did the end customer decide to have its own dry ice production?
To minimize cost, securing their own production needs and decrease LCO2 emissions.
What are the end customer’s goals and purposes?
The end customer uses the dry ice for logistics purposes to keep the temperature optimal while transporting the goods in trucks through Sweden.
