Existing customers can register themselves online at www.ascotechnology.com and shop for the parts needed to get equipment fixed and ready again or to change wear parts to secure faultless operation. Once logged on, the visitor can simply identify his machine by entering the serial number or by browsing the machine overview. Exploded drawings of the assembly groups support the identification of the needed parts.
Customers can chose between straightforward check out or request ASCO support in case of open questions. After a direct order placement, an order confirmation containing all the relevant order information will be sent out after a check by one of ASCO’s technicians.
