The newly founded "ASCO Service DAB GmbH" based in Germany pursues the goal of optimising customer service for ASCO customers in the product areas "dry ice production" and "dry ice blasting". Due to a strong increase in the number of ASCO dry ice technologies, among others in the logistics, food and pharmaceutical markets, the decision was made to shorten the communication and delivery paths and to be even closer to the customer. The focus is particularly on the fastest possible response times and short-term support. To this end, a new spare parts warehouse is being set up in Germany in order to be able to achieve the shortest possible delivery times. The headquarters of "ASCO Service DAB GmbH" is located in Willingen, Hesse, and is centrally located in Germany, which means that from now on the countries of Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg can also be reached quickly within Europe.
"In my opinion, the biggest advantage is for the customer. We are geographically located in the middle of Germany and thus have quite short distances to nationwide service calls. This saves time and money. Our rolling workshops are equipped with all relevant spare parts as well as special tools, so that we can cover almost all service requirements on site. On request, rental machines of the same design can also be made available here during longer-lasting service work," says Thomas ten Eicken, Managing Director of ASCO Service DAB GmbH.
