Polyurethane Insulated CO₂ Storage Tank

ASCO’s polyurethane insulated CO₂ storage tanks offer a reliable and energy-efficient solution for the storage of liquid carbon dioxide. With capacities ranging from 10 to 100 tonnes, they are ideal for industrial applications with high CO₂ requirements.

Each tank is robustly constructed, manufactured in accordance with PED and AD2000 guidelines, and designed for a maximum operating pressure of 24 bar. The tanks are fully pre-assembled and supplied with stainless steel piping, valves, safety devices and electrical connections – ensuring quick and safe installation.

The polyurethane insulation (150–200 mm), together with the aluminium jacket, ensures excellent thermal efficiency and minimised losses. All tanks feature an electric pressure-building heater, a level indicator (Media 7 or load cell) and a clearly arranged control cabinet system.

Available in horizontal or vertical configurations, ASCO CO₂ storage tanks are characterised by their compact design, ease of use and high operational reliability.
