ASCO Dry Ice Machine BP420i

The ASCO BP420i dry ice machine is the most versatile machine in its class. It can produce up to ten different disc thicknesses and two different pellet sizes – all fully automatically and controlled via a user-friendly touchscreen interface. There is no need for manual tool changes whatsoever.

The machine has been designed for reliable continuous operation and impresses with stable, efficient production and minimal noise emissions. Thanks to the integrated tools, discs and pellets in various sizes can be produced flexibly and quickly – perfect for applications in industry, logistics, food or pharmaceuticals.

As part of the ASCO i-Series, the BP420i is equipped with state-of-the-art remote maintenance and data technology. Remote access, monitoring and data management enable maximum efficiency, full transparency and future-proof Industry 4.0 integration.

CO₂ Recovery for Dry Ice Machines

In conventional dry ice production, only around 40–45% of the CO₂ used is actually converted into dry ice. The rest is lost. However, with an ASCO CO₂ recovery system, the majority of the CO₂ can be recovered. This increases the conversion rate to up to 95% – a huge benefit in terms of efficiency.
