Reduced dry ice production costs. Thanks to CO2-Recovery.
When dry ice is produced the conversion rate from liquid CO2 to dry ice is approx. 40 - 45 %. This means 55 - 60 % is lost to the atmosphere. This conversation rate is a physical fact and therefore, unfortunately, not to change. With an ASCO CO2 Revert Recovery System, however, most of the CO2 can be recovered which leads to a final conversion rate up to 95 %. This way, the dry ice production costs are reduced up to 50 %.
Designed for maximum performance and ease of use, the EVO-Series stand out with sophisticated features that make dry ice production more user-friendly than ever. From an innovative quick-locking system to minimized noise emissions averaging 65 dB(A) - every detail is engineered for optimal efficiency.
The ASCO Dry Ice Pelletizer P55i is driven by two powerful hydraulic units, which are running independently by the push of a button. This allows the production of identical or different pellet sizes in combination with the offered extruder plates at the same time.
