Advantages of the ASCO EVO-Series

Quick Lock

The new housing interlock facilitates quick access to machines for maintenance and improves safety and workplace efficiency thanks to its simple operation and robust design. It is ideal for demanding applications to keep machines ready for operation.

Noise Level Reduction

The pelletizer produces at an average volume of 65 decibels. It works effectively and quietly, makes it easier to comply with noise protection regulations and improves working conditions for employees.

Closed Housing

Our pelletizers have a closed housing with an efficient condensate drainage system. This protects the internal components and thus extends the service life of the machine. Ideal for use in demanding environments, the pelletizer offers reliable production.

Smart signal

The four-color signal light with integrated warning siren makes it easy to check the current operating status, even from a distance. The standardized colour scheme can be used to differentiate between “production”, “ready for operation”, “fault” or “input request”.
