ASCO develops active dry ice saw in series production
Swiss company ASCO CARBON DIOXIDE LTD is expanding its dry ice product portfolio with the ASCO electric Active Dry Ice Saw - AAS The world's first mass-produced active dry ice saw has been specially designed for cutting dry ice slices. With a capacity of up to 600 slices per hour, it is suitable to be operated in conjunction with several dry ice production machines. Dry ice producers can thus significantly increase their production capacity.

World’s First ISO-certified Carbon Capture System operates with ASCO technology
ASCO Carbon Dioxide, Inc. and HTC Extraction Systems provided a carbon dioxide (CO2) capture system for InnoTech Alberta Inc. The system works with a flue gas slipstream from a natural gas fired power plant. The “SGR285 CO2 stack gas recovery system” marks the first ISO 14034 ETV conformant verification for a carbon capture plant in the world and recovers 6 tons of CO2 per day.
Effective cellar vault renovation thanks to dry ice blasting
The company "Sandblasting PLUS GmbH" in Oberriet (Switzerland) has successfully renovated the sandstone vault of the Hotel Traube in Buchs. Dry ice blasting technology was used to clean the cellar rooms, including freshly produced dry ice from ASCO CARBON DIOXID LTD.
