ASCO and Kryo open new service center in Africa

With its customised gas solutions including CO₂, Kryo is the perfect match for ASCO. The service center’s main tasks include training, consulting and service as well as maintenance and revision of existing and newly installed CO₂ systems. In addition, Kryo carries out safety checks for ASCO.

ASCO Managing Director Marco Pellegrino calls the collaboration a strategic milestone: "Customer proximity is a key factor for long-term success in an industry. A local service offers a considerable added value because it allows you to react promptly. So we are convinced that this future-oriented step will help us to improve operational safety and to optimise maintenance costs for our customers in the English-speaking African countries. Not least, from an economic perspective the African continent is a promising future market."

The new ASCO service center also provides benefit by avoiding time overlaps due to different time zones. Thanks to regular maintenance, customers can reduce their operating costs considerably and keep the plant to a high quality standard. ASCO’s many African customers will be able to take advantage of the local service center with the beginning of March.
